What does it mean by ZoukOut going cashless this year?

Payment for purchase of beverages and merchandise at ZoukOut can only be made via ez-link cards and credit/debit cards. Independent food stalls run by third parties at ZoukOut will be accepting payment via cash and ez-link card only.

Why go cashless?

Going cashless will free festival attendees from the hassle of carrying wads of cash to the event, as well as faster purchase transactions, resulting in shorter queues.

Where can I get an ez-link card?

Ez-link cards can be purchased at MRT stations island wide. Alternatively, you can get a limited edition ZoukOut 2015 ez-link card* at Zouk (Wine Bar from Tuesdays to Saturdays 6pm onwards or at Zouk ticketing counters during club operational hours) or at the festival itself for just $2 (with no stored value).

Where can I top up value for my ez-link card?

Be festival prepared and top-up* your ez-link cards at any MRT station before arriving at the festival. You can also top-up your ez-link card at the festival grounds at the top-up terminals,

  • Self-help top-up kiosks via credit/debit cards only
  • Manned top up stations via cash and credit/debit cards

*Minimum top up value is $10
